Step One: Orientation
Your instructor will cover flying basics during an orientation session in a group setting with fellow flyers.
Step Two: Gear Up
Once you've been briefed, you'll receive your flight gear. After you've got your flight suit and helmet on, you'll be ready to go!
Step Three: Fly
This is what you've been waiting for, right? Your instructor will show you to the tunnel and soon you'll be flying right by their side. They'll provide personal instruction and demonstrate the skills you'll learn.
Step Four: Progress
Come back as many times as you like and get better at flying. Learn more skills in the air from our world-class instructors.
WHO CAN FLY?
Flyers of All Ages
You can. So can anyone you'd like to bring with you. We offer a safe, fun, and overall awesome experience for all flyers.
- Flyers can be as young as 3 years old.
- Ages 17 and below need a parent or guardian to sign their waiver.
- There is no upper age limit to fly. Even people over 100 have flown with iFLY!
- All packages include a minumum of 2 flights per person.
- A standard flight is 50 seconds - a little longer than a tandem skydive from 14,000ft!
- Choose our iFLY Value package for twice the fun with double length flights!
- Our Family and Friends package offers a great discount for a group of 2 - 4 flyers.

CLOTHING
What to Wear.
Wear casual, comfortable clothes, anything you'd wear on a normal day. We require lace-up, closed-toe shoes.
No need to change once you get here, you'll put on your flight suit on top of what you wear to the tunnel.
- Please remove loose-hanging items, such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, rings, and hair accessories.
- Also, you should remove everything from your pockets prior to flying.

ARRIVAL
Checking In
Show up at your scheduled arrival time, and head to the check-in desk. When you enter, you'll find an associate ready to help or answer any questions.
- Make sure your flight waiver is filled out when you check in.
- Once your check-in is complete, a member of our Flight Crew will provide further direction.

THE EXPERIENCE
What's it Like?
Your entire iFLY experience will last over an hour and the time does tend to fly! Your session will include a brief orientation with coaching from a highly trained flight instructor, plus your time in the air.

SAFETY
Flying is Safe and Fun for Everyone.
Safety is the most important part of a great flight experience. So when you fly, we'll be right by your side guiding your movement. All our instructors have trained long and hard to make sure you fly safe and have the time of your life.
- To prevent dangerous wind speeds, participants must weigh less than 136kg
- Women who are pregnant should not fly.
- People with recent back, neck, and heart issues should check with a doctor before flying.
- iFLY recommends that anyone with prior shoulder dislocations should not fly.

FAQs
Q: Which package should I choose?
A: Our iFLY Value package offers the best value for first time flyers with double length flights. You will also have more time in the wind for the instructor to teach you more when compared to our iFLY Basic package.
For groups of 2 - 4 people, our Family and Friends package gives you 8 flights to share between your group.
We also have packages for 5 or more, including kids parties and Private Group packages. These can all be found in our Groups and Parties section.
Q: How long is a flight?

Q: Is it like going skydiving, but indoors?
A: No, when you go skydiving, you jump and then fall several thousand feet. At iFLY, you don't jump or fall, you fly gently on a cushion of controlled air.

A: Absolutely not, flying is optional. It's not uncommon for a person who visits with a group to simply want to watch. Anyone who prefers to join the action as a spectator and not a flyer will still have the time of their life.
